Is there any black suite in aikido?

I believe that traditionally in Japan, white is the color of the uniform for all kyu ranks (i.e. everything below Dan ranks, black belt) Once you reach the dan ranks you are generally given the option to wear other color/patterned tops. Hakama are usually black or blue, and one color or the other may be proscribed by your specific dojo.|||School I attend (teaches both aikido and hapkido (two instructors) is very traditional -- we use white for aikido and black (special forces for korea) for hapkido. But you could use a black gi in akikido in a less traditional school.
