close ur eyes and breathe into ur tummy, shut out any noise, think of a lake and try to calm the lake so it has no ripples in it.....................the ripples symbolise the things that are happening around u.shut them out get a calm lake...............

u get a calm lake u may feel better.|||Hara means %26quot;stomach%26quot; in Japanese and that%26#039;s it.

It basically means focus your core strength from there since that%26#039;s the center of balance. That method is popularly being taught and used in Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, and Kendo, etc.

For starters, just tighten your muscle in your abs and it%26#039;ll make it easier to get throwing power in Judo, and punching power in Karate. But I don%26#039;t know about Aikido.|||Train hard, eat well and get plenty of sleep, these always (in combination) leave me feeling energized.|||You might be able to use a Nokia phone charger if you can get the plug to fit the socket ;)
