What is Aiki-Jitsu is it like Aikido or is it like Jijitsu? Does it involve any throw like the major hip throw?

or the inner reap throw?|||aikijujitsu is far older then aikido. if i remember my history correctly it goes as far back as about 1100%26#039;s ad so.

i believe it was more common for the higher class of samurai to learn this style, because it was a more advance jujutsu.

i haven%26#039;t research this style in a few decades so i could be off a bit.

aikido only goes back to the around the 1920%26#039;s or 30%26#039;s it was influenced by several schools of jujitsu|||AIKIJUTSU or JITSU HAS 2 MAIN SCHOOLS DAITO RYU and YANAGI YOSHIN AIKI KAI.

DAITO RYU is the most well known as they have promoted their art around the world .

AIKIJUTSU used to contain more strikes and some techniques that were more preemptive than the total defensive mind set and technique of AIKIDO.

YANAGI KAI teaches YOSHIN JUJUTSU one of the original samurai grappling systems up to DAN rank and introduces the AIKI technique and concepts after that.

The throws you mention are done in these arts but the manipulation of the opponent is very different from JUDO then you would find in AIKIDO for %26quot;over the hip throws%26quot;.|||You%26#039;re thinking of Judo. Forget that other stuff.

This is what you%26#039;re looking for.
